Mass Priestly Blessing Held at Western Wall

The traditional Priestly Blessing ceremony is taking place on Monday and Tuesday mornings at the Western Wall in Jerusalem's Old City. Tens of thousands of worshippers are expected to attend the event, which draws participants from across Israel.

Large forces from Magen David Adom, Israel's national emergency medical service, including dozens of paramedics and EMTs, are deployed in the Western Wall plaza and the Old City. They will provide medical security for the expected crowds, utilizing ambulances, intensive care units, and MDA motorcycles.

A clinic will be set up near the Western Wall plaza to offer medical treatment to attendees. Magen David Adom is advising the public to bring water, seek shade from the sun, avoid crowding, and follow the instructions of ushers and security forces.
