MK Maoz: Education and Jewish Identity Crucial for Israel's Future

Member of Knesset (MK) Avi Maoz stated that education and Jewish identity are central to the future character of the State of Israel. Speaking at a "Simchat Beit Hashoeva" celebration at the Har HaMor Yeshiva in Jerusalem on Sunday evening, Maoz emphasized that the "battle for the character of the State of Israel" begins with the education provided to the next generation, the values instilled in them, and the identity upon which the country is built.

Maoz, who chairs the Noam L'Yisrael party, addressed the challenges facing Israel, asserting that these extend beyond security and economy. He was joined at the event by the yeshiva's president, Rabbi Tzvi Tau, Rabbi Tzvi Kostiner of Midreshet Ramat Gan, rabbis, public figures, and hundreds of students.

During his address, Maoz highlighted the role of his party within the national camp. He argued that alongside necessary focus on security and governance, the right-wing must prioritize education, Jewish identity, and the ongoing struggle for the character of Israeli society.
