Hapoel Tel Aviv Coach Addresses Tamir Blatt's Future Amid Injury

Hapoel Tel Aviv head coach Dimitris Itoudis provided an update on the team's situation, including the status of Israeli guard Tamir Blatt. Following a tough EuroLeague opening loss to Bayern Munich, the team is preparing for a domestic cup game against Hapoel Be'er Sheva/Dimona, seeking their first win of the season.

Regarding Tamir Blatt, who joined from Maccabi Tel Aviv, Itoudis stated that the player is still recovering from a significant injury. He estimated Blatt would need about two more weeks to heal. Itoudis also addressed the interest surrounding Blatt's future, explaining that the club and coaching staff are evaluating the situation, considering Blatt's desire to play abroad during his first year of his contract with Hapoel.
