Man Drowns in Sea of Galilee; Teen Found Dead in Ashkelon

A man, approximately 30 years old, drowned to death on Saturday near the Separate Beach on the Sea of Galilee. He was pulled from the water unconscious, and paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. "When we arrived at the beach, a man was brought out to us unconscious, without a pulse or breathing. We performed medical checks and unfortunately had to pronounce him dead at the scene," said MDA paramedics Eyal Avishar and Miri Trakhtman.

Earlier the same day, a 17-year-old boy who had been missing since Friday was found dead after drowning at Delilah Beach in Ashkelon. MDA paramedics Ben Zion Tetro, Eitan Lasri, and senior EMT Yaron Kapach stated, "After extensive searches by emergency forces, this morning we saw a 17-year-old boy on the water's edge, unconscious, without a pulse or breathing. We performed medical checks and had to pronounce him dead at the scene."
