Eran Zahavi's Real Estate Venture Secures Major Fitness Club Deal
Israeli soccer star Eran Zahavi is set to profit significantly from a new real estate venture, as his company, ELEVEN CENTER in Mazkeret Batya, has signed a major lease agreement with the Holmes Place fitness chain. The deal, reported by "Mako," is valued at approximately 43.2 million shekels over a 20-year period.
Holmes Place will establish a new fitness club spanning roughly 2,000 square meters within the ELEVEN CENTER project, which is owned by Zahavi. The monthly rent is set at 90 shekels per square meter, totaling around 180,000 shekels per month and 2.16 million shekels annually.
The new facility is strategically located near a train station and major transportation routes, offering a mix of commercial, office, and leisure spaces. This agreement is part of a broader real estate expansion by Zahavi and his partner Avi Arbiv, who recently acquired additional land in the area for high-tech and commercial development valued at 21 million shekels.
Holmes Place CEO, Keren Shachoy, expressed enthusiasm for the new location, while Arbiv highlighted the deal as a strong vote of confidence in the economic potential of the Mazkeret Batya area.
