Man Charged with Murder to Prevent Witness Testimony
The State Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against Hussein Hajirat from the village of Bir al-Maksur, accusing him of murder under aggravated circumstances. The indictment alleges that Hajirat killed Hashem Hajirat to prevent him from testifying in a criminal case related to the murder of Ali Sawaeed in Shfaramr.
