Young Worker Dies in Industrial Accident in Hadera
A 22-year-old man from Umm al-Fahm, identified as Mohammed Adnan Hani Al-Sheikh Zeid Al-Kilani, died early Friday morning from severe injuries sustained while working at a factory in Hadera. Emergency medical services pronounced him dead at the scene.
Magen David Adom received a report at 3:05 AM about an injured worker inside a factory in Hadera. Responding paramedics found the worker with critical injuries throughout his body and no signs of life. Despite medical efforts, his death was confirmed at the scene.
The emergency team described the scene as very difficult, noting the worker was unconscious, not breathing, and had no pulse. The severity of his injuries made resuscitation impossible.
The police have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the accident. Representatives from the Ministry of Economy, responsible for industry, trade, and employment, have been notified as per protocol.
According to statistics from the "Worker's Voice" association, 53 workers have died and 467 have been injured in work accidents across Israel since the beginning of 2026. Fatal accidents continue to occur, particularly in the construction sector.
