Israel Weather Forecast: Mild Temperatures, Variable Clouds Expected
Israel's Meteorological Service forecasts mild, near-seasonal temperatures for Friday, September 25th, with partly cloudy skies. Light rain may occur along the Mediterranean coast, particularly in the south, during the morning. Temperatures will range from 18-27 degrees Celsius in Jerusalem, 23-29 in Tel Aviv, 24-29 in Haifa, 24-35 in Eilat, and 21-31 in Beersheba. The Dead Sea area will see temperatures between 25-33 degrees, Ashkelon and Ashdod 22-30, Ariel 19-29, and Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee 22-34. The Golan Heights will experience temperatures from 19-32 degrees Celsius.
Sea temperatures along the Mediterranean coast will be around 29 degrees Celsius, with wave heights of 80-130 cm. Winds will be northwesterly along the coast, reaching up to 20 km/h in Tel Aviv and Haifa, and up to 30 km/h near the Sea of Galilee. In the Eilat Bay area, winds will be northeasterly, up to 25 km/h.
No significant weather changes are expected from Saturday through Tuesday. However, a drop in temperature is forecast for Wednesday and Thursday, with some areas potentially experiencing rain.
