Poll Shows Ben-Gvir Gaining Strength, Liberman Weakening

A recent poll conducted by i24NEWS in partnership with Direct Polls, led by Tzuriel Sharon, indicates shifts in the Israeli political landscape. If elections were held today, the Likud party would maintain its position with 27 mandates. The 'Yesh! Party' led by Izinkaner would secure second place with 21 mandates, losing one mandate from the previous week's poll.

The "B'Yachad" party and the "Democrats" party would each receive 9 mandates, with the latter losing one mandate. The "Otzma Yehudit" party, led by Itamar Ben-Gvir, is projected to gain one mandate, reaching 8 mandates. United Torah Judaism would also hold steady with 8 mandates. The Joint List would remain stable with 7 mandates, while Yisrael Beiteinu would lose one mandate to also secure 7 mandates. Shas would maintain its current standing with 7 mandates.

Religious Zionism and "Identity" would each receive 6 mandates. Ra'am would gain one mandate, also reaching 6 mandates. "Am Israel" would lose one mandate, finishing with 4 mandates. Parties failing to pass the electoral threshold include "HaMiluimnikim" and "HaKalkalit" with 1.6%, and several others receiving less than 1% of the vote.

The poll also projected bloc allocations: 60 mandates for a potential coalition, 47 for the opposition, and 13 for Arab parties. The survey was conducted on September 24, 2026, among 537 adult respondents, with a statistical margin of error of 4.2%.
