Hostage Survivor Details Hamas Atrocities in Fluent Arabic Video

Eitan Mor, a former hostage held by Hamas, has participated in a video aimed at public awareness, speaking fluent Arabic with Druze content creator Marwan Jaber. The video, which has garnered tens of thousands of views, features Mor recounting his 738 days of captivity and the "inhumane conditions" he endured, including physical abuse and electrocution. Mor stated he did not expect to survive his ordeal and revealed that contrary to some claims, not all hostages were treated well, mentioning one captive killed by Hamas.

Mor explained that he was forced to learn Arabic during his captivity in Gaza, as speaking Hebrew was forbidden. He also described witnessing Hamas fighters killing Muslims on October 7th, an event he found perplexing. He spent two years in the Hamas tunnels.

Mor, released nearly a year ago in a hostage deal, was also noted for his actions on October 7th, attempting to prevent the desecration of bodies of women killed by Hamas terrorists. Initial confirmation of his survival came only after the hostage deal in early 2025, when other released hostages reported being held with him in the tunnels.
