Chef Aviv Moshe Returns with New Million-Dollar Mediterranean Restaurant

Acclaimed chef Aviv Moshe is set to launch a new Mediterranean restaurant named "Zevulun" in Herzliya Pituah this October. Located at 2 Zevulun Street, directly on the waterfront, the establishment is situated in one of Israel's most sought-after culinary locations.

The restaurant's concept draws heavily from its seaside setting, featuring a menu centered on fresh fish and seafood. The kitchen will emphasize open-fire cooking techniques, utilizing a charcoal grill and a large stone oven to impart deep smoky flavors and achieve high-temperature searing.

This venture marks a significant return for Moshe, who previously managed the upscale Tel Aviv restaurant "Masa" for over a decade before departing in 2019. Since then, he has been involved in other notable projects, including the restaurant "Bella," co-managed with businessman Shuki Biton, which reportedly involved an investment of approximately 15 million shekels.

Moshe is now focusing his culinary passion on creating a unique dining experience by the sea with "Zevulun."
