Coca-Cola to Host Major Diner Event in Tel Aviv Featuring Top Chefs and Musicians

Coca-Cola is launching one of the world's largest Coca-Cola diners in Tel Aviv from September 29 to October 2 at "Hangar 11" in the Tel Aviv Port. The event will showcase renowned Israeli chefs, including Haim Cohen, Moshik Roth, Guy Gamzo, Yarden Shai, and pastry chef Moran Gil, who will present their interpretations of classic American diner dishes. The culinary lineup features items like Haim Cohen's "Dixie"-style chicken wings and beef with peppers, Moshik Roth's "Sloppy Joe" burger and Dutch fries, Guy Gamzo's Asian-inspired teriyaki chicken sandwich and chili con carne, Yarden Shai's pretzel hot dog, and Moran Gil's lemon tart.

Complementing the food, Israeli music stars such as Shira Zaluf, Liran Danino, Peled, Agam Buchbut, Yasmin Moalem, Ran Danker, and Noam Bettan will perform throughout the four days. The event aims to blend American diner culture with local culinary and musical talent, building on the success of last year's diner, which was also held in Tel Aviv. This year's event is the culmination of Coca-Cola Diner Month, during which over 200 establishments nationwide offered special diner-themed menus.

Organizers have also emphasized the event's environmental aspect, utilizing biodegradable tableware provided by Save It for industrial composting. Beverage container recycling stations will be set up, with collected deposit funds donated to the "Leket" organization. Vegan and gluten-free options will be available, and all food and drinks will be kosher, supervised by the Chief Rabbinate of Rishon LeZion. The event is open to individuals aged 16 and older, with tickets costing 57 shekels, which includes a meal combo and a Coca-Cola beverage. Additional purchases are separate. A sukkah will also be erected for visitors in observance of Sukkot. The organizers stated they are monitoring the national situation and may adjust the program if necessary.
