Singer Mosh Ben Ari's Hospitality Group Takes Over Kibbutz Hotel

The hospitality group 'HaChof Shel Mosh' (Mosh's Beach), co-founded by Israeli singer Mosh Ben Ari, is expanding its operations by taking over the management and operation of a hotel located in Kibbutz Gesher HaZiv. The agreement with the kibbutz begins at the end of October. This move follows the decision by 'Maitaylim Hotels,' which had managed the property for approximately 20 years, not to renew its lease. For 'HaChof Shel Mosh,' which already operates beach complexes in Eilat and Achziv, this signifies a further expansion in the Western Galilee region. The group stated that entering the hotel business is part of a broader strategy to diversify into additional hospitality, leisure, and vacation offerings. The group's initial venture was in Eilat, later expanding to Achziv with a beach complex, a Thai restaurant, and a resort village. They also operate a facility on the shores of the Sea of Galilee under a franchise agreement and own a hotel in Beit Oren and a property in Crete. Meanwhile, 'Maitaylim Hotels' plans to continue its activities in the area, intending to invest around NIS 30 million in a new 76-room hotel in Achziv, slated to open in late 2027. This development, alongside the change in operators at Gesher HaZiv, points to the emergence of a new hospitality hub near Achziv Beach.
