Suspect in Violent Attack on Palestinian Village Surrenders to Police
A minor suspected of involvement in a violent attack on the Palestinian village of Qusra has surrendered to Israeli police and been arrested. The suspect, a resident of the Samaria region, had been evading authorities after an arrest warrant was issued for him.
He is currently being questioned at the inter-organizational headquarters and is expected to appear in court on Tuesday for a hearing on extending his detention. The investigation, a joint effort between the police and the Shin Bet security agency, has so far led to the arrest of seven suspects. More than ten individuals have been questioned, and vehicles believed to have been used in the commission of the crime have been seized.
