The authority did confirm that general enforcement activities are being conducted in anticipation of the upcoming holiday, without specifying locations or the nature of these activities beyond general enforcement.

The Arbaat Haminim market is a temporary market that operates in the lead-up to the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, where religious Jews purchase the four species required for the holiday's rituals. The neighborhood of Vizhnitz is a predominantly Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) area within Bnei Brak.
