Singer and Actress Elinor Golan Spends Yom Kippur in Synagogue

Israeli actress and singer Elinor Golan, who has been undergoing a process of returning to religious observance, spent the majority of Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, at a synagogue. Her husband, Erez Shadeh, shared on Instagram that Golan was at the synagogue for 10 to 12 hours, starting from 8 AM. He expressed admiration for her dedication.

Golan's older brother, Liam, humorously commented that she spent more time in the synagogue on Yom Kippur than he had throughout the entire year. Shadeh responded, also humorously, suggesting Liam also attended the concluding prayer service, 'Neilah'.

Previously, Golan has spoken about her journey towards religious observance, stating that her faith has brought her the understanding that each day is a gift to improve oneself and be better towards others. She emphasized the importance of truly believing that everything happens for the good and remembering the abundance of blessings in life.
