Media personality Judy Nir Mozes published a sharply worded Instagram story attacking Israel’s political leadership after U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance publicly criticized members of Israel’s political-security cabinet. Her post, set to music, said the government was leading Israel into dangerous international isolation.
Nir Mozes wrote, "Let them go to hell," saying, "It is time for all the lunatics in this government, which has lost its only supporter in the world, to go to hell." She also warned that without American backing, "we can leave the keys and turn off the light," referring to Israel’s dependence on Washington’s military and diplomatic protection.
Her outburst came days after an unusually tense briefing at the White House, where Vance accused Israeli ministers of attacking President Donald Trump and opposing the memorandum of understanding reached with Iran. Vance said Trump is "the only head of state in the world who shows sympathy for Israel."
He closed with a pointed remark to Israeli ministers, saying, "If I were in the cabinet of the government of Israel, maybe I would not attack the only strong ally it has in the world." The episode has fueled public concern that the dispute could damage U.S.-Israel relations.
