Six-Year-Old Boy Hospitalized After Falling From Bunk Bed in Bnei Brak

A six-year-old boy sustained moderate injuries after falling from a bunk bed in his home in Bnei Brak on Tuesday. Emergency rescue forces were dispatched to a residential building on Beit Yosef Street following a report of a child falling from a height.

Paramedics from United Hatzalah arrived at the family's home and found the boy had fallen from the top bunk of a bunk bed, resulting in injuries to his head and upper body. The paramedics provided initial medical treatment at the scene.

The child was then transported by a United Hatzalah ambulance to Schneider Children's Medical Center, where his condition was described as moderate. "According to his family, the boy fell from a bunk bed and was injured in his head and upper body," stated United Hatzalah paramedics Aharon Herrer, Shmuel Wolfson, and Akiva Kaufman. "After the medical treatment we provided him, he was evacuated by a United Hatzalah ambulance to continue receiving medical treatment at Schneider Hospital, where his condition is currently defined as moderate."
