Motorcyclist Dies in Severe Crash in Gush Etzion
A fatal motorcycle accident occurred this morning, Monday, in the Gush Etzion region on Route 398 near Nokdim. Emergency services received a report at 9:46 AM about a motorcyclist injured while riding on the road.
MDA paramedics and medics who arrived at the scene found the motorcyclist, a man in his 60s, lying on the side of the road. He was unconscious, with no pulse or breathing, and suffering from severe, multi-system trauma. After medical examinations, the teams were forced to pronounce him dead at the scene.
One of the first responders, MDA medic Eilon Cohen, described the scene as a "horrific traffic accident." He noted that the motorcycle was found crushed nearby. "We performed medical checks, his injury was very severe, and unfortunately, we had to determine his death on the spot," Cohen stated.
