Umm Al-Fahm Theater Wins Best Actress Award at Zarqa Festival

Umm Al-Fahm Theater and Cinema has achieved a new artistic milestone, with actress Amima Sarhan winning the Best Actress award for her role in the play "Badaie" at the 24th Arab Zarqa Summer Theater Festival in Jordan. The award recognizes Sarhan's performance and the growing presence of the Umm Al-Fahm theater on the Arab stage. The play "Badaie" was presented at the festival, starring Sarhan and Ibrahim Abu Shaqra, directed by Osama Masri, with Hiba Ighbariya handling makeup and costumes, and Amir Khalaileh as the technician. The theater emphasized that individual awards are a result of integrated teamwork, highlighting the importance of directorial vision, character development, and the interaction of various artistic elements.

The participation in the festival, which included a representative from the Umm Al-Fahm municipality, Nasser Khaled Ighbariya, offered opportunities to connect with artists and cultural figures, exchange expertise, and discuss the future of Arab theater.
