Sarrit Haddad Celebrates 30 Years with Landmark Tel Aviv Concerts

Israeli pop star Sarrit Haddad marked her 30-year career milestone with two sold-out concerts at Tel Aviv's Park Hayarkon this past week, drawing approximately 60,000 fans in total. The shows, which were extended to two nights due to high demand, were described by Haddad as a celebration rather than a summation of her career. "After all this hard work, today I really want to enjoy myself," she stated before taking the stage.

The nearly two-and-a-quarter-hour performance traced Haddad's career through her biggest hits and diverse musical styles, featuring a large band and dancers. The concert included special guest appearances from artists who have been part of her journey, such as Subliminal and HaTzel, with whom she performed "Ha'Sod" nearly two decades after its release. Singer Sharif also joined her, recalling Haddad as his "warm-up singer" and performing "Shalom Haver" together.

A particularly emotional moment for Haddad was the appearance of her nine-year-old daughter, Noya, who joined her on stage for the first time. They performed "Hek Me'imeni," a song written about Noya, and shared a dance. Haddad expressed immense pride and emotion, telling her daughter, "You are worthy of this, you are amazing." Noya described the experience as "the most fun in the world."

Haddad, who has historically guarded her personal life, shared this intimate moment as a significant personal achievement. The concerts, held in a venue that once seemed distant in her early career, symbolized the culmination of a lifelong dream for the singer, who recalled being a "little girl with a big dream" at the start of her journey.
