Rebbe of Sanz-Zmigrod Leads Hasidic Tashlikh Ceremony in Tel Aviv

The Grand Rebbe of Sanz-Zmigrod, accompanied by his Hasidic followers, conducted the Tashlikh prayer ceremony last Thursday evening at the 'Seven Mills' site in Tel Aviv's Yarkon Park. The Tashlikh ritual, traditionally performed before the Jewish New Year, involves symbolically casting away sins by a body of water.

Following the prayer, the Rebbe performed a symbolic act, causing the fish in the water to stir. This was done to the sound of a shofar, a ram's horn, which he blew loudly. According to the Hasidim present, the event instilled a sense of awe and reverence in the location.
