Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Surges, Led by Exchange's Own Stock
The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange concluded Thursday's trading session with significant gains across its main indices. The TA-35 index climbed 1.02% to close at 4,289.98 points, while the TA-124 index rose 0.95% to 4,164.35 points.
The standout performer of the day was the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange itself, with its stock surging by an impressive 14.98% to reach 14,740 agorot. Other notable gainers included Nice, whose stock increased by 5.99% to 32,710 agorot, and Mega Or, which saw a 5.62% rise to 48,500 agorot.
Additional strong performances were registered by Camtek, up 5.52% to 43,600 agorot, and Nofar Energy, which advanced 4.87% to 15,940 agorot.
On the downside, Rimon was the biggest loser, with its stock dropping 4.90% to 13,200 agorot. Formula Systems experienced a significant decline of 4.44%, closing at 34,690 agorot. Israel Corporation's stock fell 4.06% to 8,041 agorot, followed by Phibro, down 3.50% to 30,370 agorot, and Topaz, which decreased by 3.30% to 5,752 agorot.
