Man Charged with Indecent Act Against Teen in Harish

Prosecutors have filed an indictment against Natanel Melamed from the town of Harish, accusing him of an indecent act against a 15-year-old minor. Melamed allegedly met the victim while serving as a medical aide to another student at the school the minor attended.

According to the indictment, on July 31, 2025, the minor was in a public garden when Melamed happened to arrive. Melamed offered the teenager a ride in his car, subsequently driving the boy to a home storage unit in Elad. The indictment states that Melamed urged the minor to enter the storage unit against his will and then proceeded to touch himself over his clothes with the intent of achieving sexual gratification.
