Two Men Charged with Kidnapping and Assaulting Teen Who Threatened to Share Intimate Video

Two young men from northern Israel have been charged with kidnapping, assaulting, and humiliating a 17-year-old boy after he threatened to distribute an intimate video of a minor. The suspects, aged 19 and 20 and residents of Yafia, allegedly conspired with a minor girl identified as T.M. to lure the boy to an apartment in Nof HaGalil under false pretenses. T.M. contacted the boy via Snapchat, pretending she wanted to meet him privately, leading him to the trap.

Upon his arrival at the apartment on Yodfat Street, the two men, wearing veils and armed with handcuffs, attacked the boy. They punched him, forced him to the ground, handcuffed him behind his back, and kicked him repeatedly. The suspects then stripped him naked and recorded the footage to humiliate and degrade him. They stole his mobile phone, reviewed his personal photos, and threatened to send them to his father. Before fleeing, they warned the boy that they would kill him if he followed them.

The Northern District Prosecutor's Office filed the indictment on July 9 at the Nazareth District Court. The charges include kidnapping, aggravated robbery, indecent acts, aggravated assault, and threats. The indictment states the defendants used deception to lure the victim, assaulted him violently during the robbery, and caused significant injury. The case highlights serious criminal conduct involving coercion, violence, and exploitation of minors.
