Two Northern Israeli Men Charged with Kidnapping and Assaulting Teen Who Threatened to Share Intimate Video

Two young men from northern Israel, aged 19 and 20, have been charged with kidnapping, assaulting, and humiliating a 17-year-old boy after he threatened to distribute an intimate video of a minor. According to the indictment filed on July 9, 2026, at the Nazareth District Court, the suspects conspired with a minor girl identified as T.M. to lure the boy to an apartment in Nof HaGalil under false pretenses. T.M. contacted the boy via Snapchat, falsely claiming she wanted to meet him privately.

Upon his arrival at the apartment on Yodfat Street, the two men, wearing veils and carrying handcuffs, ambushed the boy. They handcuffed him, beat him severely, and forcibly stripped him naked to photograph him for the purpose of humiliation and degradation. They then stole his mobile phone, examined his personal photos, and threatened to send them to his father. Before fleeing, the suspects warned the boy that they would kill him if he followed them.

The prosecution accuses the men of multiple serious offenses including kidnapping, aggravated robbery, indecent acts, aggravated assault, and threats. The indictment states the defendants used deception to lure the victim, violently attacked him, and caused significant bodily harm. The case highlights the severe consequences of the victim’s initial threat to expose intimate content involving a minor, leading to this violent retaliation.
