Kinneret Authority Cancels Lifeguard Services on Yom Kippur
The Kinneret Cities Association has announced that lifeguard services will not be operational on any of its beaches during Yom Kippur. On the eve of the holiday, September 20th, lifeguard services will conclude at 2:00 PM. Following this, all rescue, security, and cleaning services will cease until after the fast concludes on the evening of September 21st at 8:00 PM.
The association emphasized that while the beaches will remain open to the public, swimming without lifeguard supervision is prohibited and dangerous. They urged the public to adhere to these restrictions for their safety.
