Ramat Gan Set to Sign Jewish-American Guard Justin Allen
Ramat Gan has moved quickly to bolster its roster after finishing ninth last season and missing the playoffs. According to Sports Channel, the club has reached an agreement with guard Justin Allen, who is expected to join for the 2026/2027 campaign.
Allen, 22, stands 1.98 meters tall and played this season for Green Bay in the NCAA. Because he is an American of Jewish origin, he will count as an Israeli player in the Israeli Premier League.
His strong college debut drew interest around the league, including from Hapoel Jerusalem. In his first season of college basketball, Allen averaged 13.6 points, shooting 48% from the field and 25.3% from three-point range, along with 3.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.
