Ramat Gan has reached an agreement with guard Justin Allen, 22, who stands 1.98 meters tall, in a move aimed at improving the team after a ninth-place finish and missing the playoffs last season. The club is already active in the transfer market as it prepares for the 2026/27 campaign.
Allen played this past season for Green Bay in the NCAA, his first year in college basketball. Because he is an American of Jewish background, he will count as an Israeli player in the Israeli Premier League.
The player drew significant attention in Israel, and Hapoel Jerusalem was also interested in signing him after his strong NCAA season with Green Bay. He averaged 13.6 points, shooting 48% from the field and 25.3% from three-point range, along with 3.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.
