Channel 14 Host Admits Disgust With Himself After Broadcasts
Itamar Fleishman, a prominent panelist on Channel 14's program "HaPatriotim" (The Patriots), has admitted to experiencing feelings of self-disgust after certain broadcasts. In an interview with Omri Assenheim for Reshet 13, scheduled to air Thursday, Fleishman was asked if there are days he returns home from "HaPatriotim" feeling disgusted with himself. He responded affirmatively, stating, "Yes. Of course, obviously, what do you mean? No question. Your hands are constantly in the mud, there's no escaping the mud hitting you, and you cause it. Obviously, there are such times."
Fleishman elaborated that after such broadcasts, he doesn't immediately go to bed. Instead, he sits on the balcony, feeling very disappointed with himself. He mentioned that on these occasions, he makes a point of reading online comments about his performance, viewing it as a necessary learning experience. He indicated that these feelings are not infrequent.
