Maccabi Tel Aviv Stars Questionable for Super Cup Final

Maccabi Tel Aviv's Daniel Theis is uncertain to play in the upcoming Super Cup final against Hapoel Tel Aviv due to an ankle injury. The German center has not fully recovered from the injury sustained during the preseason, having only played limited minutes in one preparation game and missing two others in Cyprus. While the injury is not considered severe, a final decision on his participation will be made shortly before the game. If Theis cannot play, the club aims to have him ready for Maccabi's EuroLeague opener against ASVEL Villeurbanne.

Adding to Maccabi's concerns, guard Jalen Clark is also in significant doubt for the match. Clark suffered a hamstring tear during the preseason and has not yet recovered completely. Similar to Theis, the team's priority is to get him healthy for the EuroLeague game against the French team if he misses the Super Cup final.

Other roster updates include the continued absence of Gor Levy due to a lingering injury from last season. TJ Leaf, who recently returned, is fit to play, and Yovel Zoosman, who took a knock in the last game against Olympiacos, is also available.
