Transfermarkt has updated player valuations across Israel’s Premier League ahead of the 2026/27 season, triggering major changes in the league’s rankings. The biggest gainer was Maccabi Tel Aviv defender Roy Revivo, who added 1.7 million euros to his value since the previous update in December 2025. That surge lifted him to the top of the league’s most valuable players list at 4.5 million euros.
Kings Kangwa of champions Hapoel Beersheba is second at 3.8 million euros after a rise of 300,000 euros. Maccabi Tel Aviv midfielder Kristian Blitz, who is set to stay at the club, slipped by 500,000 euros but remains third at 3 million euros. Tyrese Asante moved up to 2.7 million euros after gaining 400,000, while Maccabi Haifa goalkeeper Giorgi Yermakov stayed at 2.5 million euros. He is joined on that figure by Maccabi Tel Aviv’s Helio Varela, whose value nearly doubled after climbing by 1.3 million euros.
The rest of the top eight are Maccabi Haifa’s Yile Batayi at 2.3 million euros and Manuel Bensson at 2.2 million euros. Maccabi Tel Aviv placed the most players in the top ten overall.
The largest jumps in value were led by Revivo, followed by Hapoel Jerusalem midfielder John Otomow, 19, who rose by 1.4 million euros to 2 million after starting at just 125,000 euros in his first valuation in December. Varela also gained 1.4 million euros, while Maccabi Haifa’s Lissab Issaet added 800,000 euros to reach 1.4 million. Other notable risers included Ofek Melika, Ido Shahar, Luka Gadrani, Guy Mizrahi, Adrian Ogrisa and Eitan Azoulay.
