New Hapoel Tel Aviv Star Leads Israeli League Player Valuations
The Israeli Premier League's player market values have been updated on Transfermarkt, with Douglas Owusu, the new star of Hapoel Tel Aviv, now topping the list at 4.5 million euros. He is followed by Maccabi Tel Aviv's Hilo Varela, valued at 3.4 million euros, and Hapoel Be'er Sheva's new signing Amankwah Forson, estimated at 3 million euros.
Several players saw significant increases in their valuations. Bassam Zaroura's value rose by 1.15 million euros to 1.5 million euros. Itay Rotman also jumped by 1.1 million euros to a valuation of 1.5 million euros, while Israel Dafa increased by 1 million euros to 1.2 million euros.
Conversely, Gabi Kanykovsky experienced the most substantial drop in value, falling from a previous estimate of 4 million euros to 2.5 million euros. Christian Blic and Dan Biton each saw their values decrease by 500,000 euros, now standing at 2.5 million euros and 1.5 million euros respectively.
The updated rankings highlight Owusu's prominent position, with Varela and Forson also featuring in the top three. The list also includes other notable players like Lucas Ventura, Tyris Asante, and Christian Blic among the top earners.
