Police Foil Criminal Plot, Arrest Suspect in Nazareth
Israeli police announced on Wednesday the thwarting of a criminal act in the city of Nazareth. During the operation, forces identified a suspicious vehicle. When signaled to stop for inspection, the driver fled.
During the pursuit, officers observed an object being thrown from the vehicle. The suspect was apprehended, and a handgun and a fragmentation grenade were discovered along the escape route. The police stated that the suspect, a resident of Nazareth, was arrested and taken for interrogation.
