Kiryat Malachi Hosts Giant Water and Extreme Sports Festival for Sukkot

The Kiryat Malachi municipality and the city's development fund are inviting residents to celebrate the intermediate days of Sukkot with a large water festival. The event will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, September 30th and October 1st, at the "Kattargel" field in the city park. Admission is NIS 25 per person.

The park will be transformed into an amusement park featuring wet and dry inflatables, giant slides up to 15 meters high, a professional ninja course, and "360 Football," among other attractions for all ages. Younger children will have a dedicated "Jungle Gym" area and a splash pool, alongside craft stations, a foam cannon, board games, and music.

To ensure maximum enjoyment and avoid overcrowding, the festival will be divided into two daily sessions: morning (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM) and afternoon (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM). Learning from past events, a special "chill zone" for parents will be set up with beanbags, chairs, and tables, allowing them to supervise children closely. A coffee and pastry cart will also be available.

Mayor Eliyahu Zohar stated, "The Sukkot water festival is a direct continuation of the exceptional summer we had, a summer packed with a variety of events and activities for the whole family. We will continue to lead and provide city residents with quality and enjoyable leisure experiences close to home."

The ticket price is NIS 25 for city residents and NIS 50 for non-residents. Anyone over the age of two requires a ticket. The ticket includes a beverage (soft drink, slushie, or coffee) and an ice pop for children. Tickets can be purchased on the municipality's website.
