Hapoel Tel Aviv Considers Future Move for Hapoel Ramat Gan Star David Asenka

Hapoel Tel Aviv is reportedly monitoring the progress of David Asenka, a talented winger from Hapoel Ramat Gan, with a potential future transfer in mind. The club is looking to strengthen its Israeli player roster for the long term, and Asenka has been identified as a target.

While Hapoel Tel Aviv has expressed interest, the move is not intended for the current transfer window. Asenka, 21, recently signed a three-year contract with Hapoel Ramat Gan, meaning any transfer would require reaching an agreement on a transfer fee. Currently, no formal negotiations are underway.

Asenka, an attacking midfielder who can also play on the wings, began his career at Beitar Nordia Jerusalem. Last season, he was instrumental in Hapoel Ramat Gan's promotion to the Israeli Premier League, scoring seven goals in 34 National League appearances.

This season, Asenka has been a standout player for Hapoel Ramat Gan in the Premier League, contributing three goals in the Toto Cup and an assist in their recent 2-0 victory over Maccabi Netanya. He has made four league appearances this season, adding another assist. Hapoel Ramat Gan expects him to move to a larger Israeli club next season.
