Ofer Winter Slams Film Creator, Criticizes Lieberman

Ofer Winter, chairman of the "Am Israel" party, launched a sharp attack on Yuval Avraham, one of the creators of the documentary "Nez" ("Nazarene"), during a rally in Rishon LeZion. Winter told the crowd that Avraham was right to be afraid to return to Israel, calling it a "shame and disgrace" to return after "spitting in the face of your people." He expressed a desire to meet Avraham privately to explain "how ungrateful you are," and accused him of potentially betraying him to "anti-Semites for a few more claps."

Winter also directed criticism at Yisrael Beiteinu chairman Avigdor Lieberman, accusing him of misleading his right-wing voters. "He tells them he will bring a decision and a message to the right. I'm sorry, Avot, but whoever relies on senior partners like Yair Golan in the government cannot make a decision. With them, it simply cannot happen," Winter stated.

Concluding his remarks, Winter warned against the strengthening of the left, emphasizing the importance of his party's success. He specifically mentioned Yair Golan, who had previously called Winter "messianic" for reciting the Shema prayer before a battle in Gaza. Winter asserted that those who do not vote for Am Israel will find Yair Golan and Gabi Lasky in positions of influence, which he deemed "dangerous."
