Diplomat Food Importer Relocates Headquarters to Neimi Park

Diplomat, a leading Israeli food importer controlled by the Wiman and Mandel families, is moving its headquarters from Airport City to Neimi Park near the Masubim Interchange. The company has signed a ten-year lease agreement valued at approximately NIS 80 million.

Under the terms of the lease, Diplomat will occupy about 5,000 square meters of space. Approximately 300 employees are expected to transition to the new facility within two years. The agreement also includes an option for a five-year extension.

Yossi Horav, CEO of Diplomat Israel, stated that the move is part of a strategic initiative for growth and expansion, aligning the company's infrastructure with future needs. He emphasized that Neimi Park was chosen for its accessibility, work environment, and space conducive to efficient operations, marking a significant step for Diplomat Israel's future planning.

Carmit Neimi, co-owner of the real estate company, highlighted the park's strategic location within the future transportation network of the Gush Dan region, noting its proximity to the Purple Line subway, developing metro system, and major highways.

Neimi Group, a private real estate firm, is developing Neimi Park on a 126-dunam site. The project is slated to feature 13 office towers totaling 350,000 square meters of workspace, alongside 35 dunams of parkland, a central boulevard, retail areas, restaurants, cafes, and recreational spaces.
