Diplomat Company Relocates Headquarters to Neimi Park After Two Decades

Diplomat, an import and distribution company, has signed a deal to move its headquarters from Airport City to Neimi Park near the Mesubim interchange. The agreement, spanning 10 years with an option for a 5-year extension, includes leasing approximately 5,000 square meters of office space. More than 300 Diplomat Israel employees are expected to transition to the new location in 2028.

Industry sources estimate the rental costs for this deal to be around 80 million shekels over the contract period, averaging 8 million shekels annually, or approximately 133 shekels per square meter. Diplomat has operated out of Airport City for over two decades, managing a large 30,000 square meter distribution center and two adjacent logistics facilities there. A previous plan in 2020 to relocate the logistics center and headquarters to Enter Park did not materialize.

The move to Neimi Park, owned by the Miki and Carmit Neimi group, is slated for 2028. This park is situated on about 126 dunams and is planned to include 13 business towers totaling around 350,000 square meters of workspace. The complex is strategically located near Highways 4 and 461, and close to the planned routes for Metro lines M3 and the Purple Line.

Other companies, including H. Stern, KLS Vehicle Financing (part of Meir Group), and Mediterranean Towers, are also tenants or prospective tenants at Neimi Park. In the first half of 2026, Diplomat reported a net profit of approximately 44 million shekels, a decrease from about 72 million shekels in the same period last year. The company's stock is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of roughly 1.32 billion shekels.
