Milgam Leases 18,000 sqm in Petah Tikva for $3.5 Million Annually

Municipal services company Milgam is set to relocate its offices to the Global Towers complex in Petah Tikva, Israel, leasing approximately 18,000 square meters. Industry estimates place the annual rent at around 13 million shekels (approximately $3.5 million), with monthly costs estimated at 60 shekels per square meter, totaling about 1.08 million shekels monthly before additional expenses.

This move will consolidate Milgam's operations into a significantly larger office space, facilitating its expansion in municipal services, technology, transportation, health, and infrastructure, especially following its acquisition of Israel Post. The new offices are located in Global Towers, a complex featuring three buildings with 170,000 square meters of office and commercial space, owned by the Migdal Israel group. The complex offers high accessibility to public transport, including proximity to the Red Line light rail and a short walk to the Sha'am station. Occupancy is anticipated in the first quarter of 2027, with final renovation work currently underway.

Milgam's current headquarters, known as "Beit Milgam," is located on Sibim Street in the Yanai Park complex, also in Petah Tikva. This nine-story building is fully owned by Milgam and also houses Pango, in which Milgam is a stakeholder. The relocation aims to centralize the company's growing activities.
