Bereaved Mother Joins Ofer Winter's Party, Calls for Right-Wing Unity Government

Lali Darai, a bereaved mother who recently joined Ofer Winter's new party, stated in an interview with i24news that she supports a unity government that would include right-wing parties currently outside the coalition. When asked by interviewer Eliraz Sade if this meant bringing Naftali Bennett and Avigdor Lieberman into the government while excluding the Haredi parties, Darai responded affirmatively, "Exactly."

Darai, whose son was killed in combat, explained her party's platform, emphasizing its right-wing stance on issues such as free market economics, security, voluntary immigration, and the integration of the Haredi community. She extended an invitation to other right-wing factions, stating, "They claim to be right-wing parties. We bring a right-wing platform in terms of free economy, security, voluntary immigration, integration of the Haredi community, and more, join us."

The interview touched upon the party's post-election aspirations, with Darai expressing a desire for a broad right-wing coalition. The context of this statement comes as Winter's party prepares for upcoming elections, facing political maneuvering from established figures like Benjamin Netanyahu.
