IDF Spokesperson Requests Full Screening of "Nezah" Film
The IDF Spokesperson, Brigadier General Efi Dofin, has made an unusual request to the creators of the film "Nezah." Dofin asked that IDF representatives be allowed to view the complete film to enable a substantive and professional discussion of its content, rather than relying on "misrepresentations."
"To allow for a substantive, professional, and fact-based discussion, and not to settle for misrepresentations, I invite the film's creators to allow IDF representatives to watch the full film, so that we can address each of the claims raised in it in a substantive manner," Dofin stated on Monday.
The IDF's request comes amid concerns that the film may present a one-sided or inaccurate portrayal of events, and the military wishes to ensure it can respond appropriately to any allegations made within the documentary.
