ImageSat International Unveils EROS NOVA, Next-Generation Spy Satellite

ImageSat International (ISI), a global leader in space-based intelligence solutions, has revealed its latest advanced observation satellite, EROS NOVA. This new satellite represents the next generation in ISI's satellite portfolio, integrating multiple cutting-edge capabilities into a single platform.

EROS NOVA is designed to capture imagery with an ultra-high resolution of 25 centimeters, providing an exceptional level of detail from orbit. This capability is intended to enhance intelligence gathering, identification, and analysis for defense and intelligence agencies, as well as for strategic purposes. The satellite will join ISI's existing constellation of advanced observation satellites, including RUNNER and KNIGHT, expanding the company's range of space solutions.

The satellite boasts several advanced features, including ultra-high resolution (VVHR) imaging, Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) imaging, video capture, and onboard artificial intelligence for data processing. The integration of SWIR technology allows for intelligence gathering even in suboptimal visibility conditions, such as fog and haze, offering a more comprehensive intelligence picture. The onboard AI capabilities enable data processing and analysis directly in space, prioritizing mission-critical information and significantly reducing the time between data collection and the delivery of actionable intelligence to operational units.
