Eran Zahavi's Internet Cut by Vandals During Holiday Celebration
Former Israeli soccer star Eran Zahavi found his home internet connection severed by unknown individuals at his residence in Savyon during the recent holiday. Zahavi, 39, shared his frustration on Instagram Stories, posting a picture of the cut wires and open junction box.
"Some music, some atmosphere with the family on the holiday, so they come and cut the internet wire so we can't listen to music," Zahavi wrote sarcastically, adding, "Thank you very much. No choice, we need to order a DJ. Hope you enjoy the music. Free love and happy holiday, a blessed year to everyone."
He clarified in a subsequent story that no police complaint was filed regarding music, as none was played between 2 PM and 4 PM. This incident echoes a similar event in 2020 when Zahavi's family faced public and police scrutiny at the same Savyon home over alleged loud music and a party, which led to a publicized confrontation and his arrest.
