Eran Zahavi's Rosh Hashanah Dispute With Neighbors Over Internet Cut

Israeli football star Eran Zahavi experienced an unpleasant incident at his home on the first day of the Hebrew New Year. Zahavi, the all-time leading scorer for the Israeli national team, shared details of the dispute with his neighbors via a social media story on Saturday evening.

According to Zahavi, his neighbors allegedly cut his internet cable to prevent his family from listening to music during the holiday celebration. "What good people there are in this country, I am amazed anew every time. A little music, a little atmosphere with the family on the holiday, so they come and cut the internet cable so we can't listen to music. Thank you very much," he wrote sarcastically.

Zahavi responded to the situation by hiring a DJ to play music for his family and neighbors, humorously stating, "No choice, we need to order a DJ. Hope you enjoy the music. Free love and happy holiday, a blessed year to everyone."

He also clarified that no police complaint was filed because there was no music played between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, implying the internet was cut during that specific time frame.
