Maccabi Haifa Offered Suriname National Team Defender Kenan Pale
Israeli football club Maccabi Haifa has been offered the services of Suriname national team defender Kenan Pale, according to Sport 5. The 29-year-old left-back is reportedly not in the plans of his current club, Antalyaspor of the Turkish league.
Pale, who previously played for QPR in the English Championship for three seasons, joined Antalyaspor in the summer of 2022. Last season, he made 34 league appearances for the Turkish club and received four yellow cards. He has also earned 23 caps for the Suriname national team, participating in their recent World Cup qualifying campaign.
Pale began his career in the youth system of PSV Eindhoven and played for Zwolle before moving to England. Maccabi Haifa is still active in the transfer window, and this potential acquisition could be part of their ongoing plans.
