Teenager Critically Injured After Falling Off Bicycle in Kafr Kanna

A 16-year-old boy sustained serious head injuries after falling from his bicycle in the town of Kafr Kanna on Tuesday afternoon. Emergency services received a call at approximately 4:32 PM reporting a boy found in a state of disturbed consciousness after a fall. Paramedics from Magen David Adom (MDA) in the Gilboa region arrived at the scene and provided initial medical treatment, including stopping bleeding and administering medication. The teenager was then transported by an MDA intensive care ambulance to Rambam Hospital in Haifa, where he is continuing to receive treatment for his critical condition. MDA paramedic Mohammed Shenan described the scene, stating that witnesses saw the boy on the ground with a severe head injury and immediately called for help. He added that upon arrival, paramedics treated the boy before his transfer to the hospital.
