Israeli Border Police Commando Dies in Haifa Beach Incident
The Israeli Police and Border Police (MAGAV) have announced the death of Senior Sergeant Itai Parson, a 23-year-old Yamam commando from Haifa. Parson went swimming at "Studentim" beach in Haifa on Thursday afternoon, and contact was lost that evening. His body was discovered after a three-day search.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are currently under investigation.
