IDF Soldier Filmed Firing at Palestinian Man

An Israeli soldier was filmed on Saturday firing at a Palestinian man who was standing in front of him. The Palestinian, who was injured, was seen looking to the left in the footage before three shots were heard. He was evacuated to a hospital by the Red Crescent.
