Roy Revivo to Make First Start for Elche in Spanish League
Israeli defender Roy Revivo is set to make his first start for Spanish club Elche in their upcoming away match against Athletic Bilbao on Saturday evening. The 19:30 kickoff will see Revivo line up in defense for Elche at the San Mamés stadium.
Revivo, a left-back, made his league debut last week coming off the bench in Elche's 3-2 loss to Real Sociedad. He entered the game in the 81st minute and nearly scored, but Elche conceded a late goal in the 90th minute after having fought back from a 2-0 deficit to tie the score at 2-2.
Elche has had a difficult start to the season, with only one draw against Deportivo La Coruña and three consecutive losses. Revivo will be looking to help his new team secure their first win of the season. However, they face a strong Athletic Bilbao side that has already secured two victories, including a decisive 3-0 win over Atlético Madrid last week.
